The staff at Dallas Collision Center were all very nice, helpful and professional. Advisor, JD Love was awesome. He was very proactive by keeping me updated through the process without me having to ask. I was not expecting the service at a car repair shop to be as great was it was and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this service shop

Dallas Collision Center was great to work with! They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process with my vehicle. They communicated directly with my insurance so I did not have to do any back-and-forth between the two. Melissa did great with my claim and made the whole process very easy! I highly recommend them!

Great communication throughout the repair. Timely and expertly done work on my new Audi S5, I don't WANT to have to use them again, but if someone runs into my car again I would go here again in a heartbeat.
